Another great visit! The staff is always professional, knowledgeable, and personable. Haley is an amazing hygienist and does a very thorough job cleaning my teeth. I highly recommend Heaton Dental for all of your family’s dental needs!

I moved to Tyler, TX approximately a year ago and was referred to Dr. Heaton's office by my Mom since she is also a patient. I previously had the same dentist for 22+ years in another state and loved him too but not necessarily his office staff who were not the best patient centric. I can't tell you how much I love this office and the people that work there from Kaitlyn at the front desk to Haley the dental hygienist who's done my cleanings twice now to Dr. Heaton himself! If you're looking for a fantastic group of people, this is the practice to go to for your dental needs!

The staff at Heaton Dental is absolutely phenomenal! From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed and at ease. Hailey Gates, the dental hygienist, was truly top-notch—so personable, gentle, and reassuring. She took the time to address every concern I had and made the entire experience comfortable. What impressed me most was how naturally she connected with my daughter. My daughter felt completely comfortable staying with Hailey on her own during X-rays, and Hailey talked with her so easily and kindly, which meant the world to me as a parent. The dentist was equally amazing—hilarious, down-to-earth, and genuinely interested in getting to know us rather than rushing through the appointment. It’s rare to find a dental office that combines professionalism, warmth, and humor so effortlessly. We couldn’t recommend Heaton Dental more highly!

I was a new patient. From the moment I walked in I felt welcomed. Office was pleasant, calm and clean. Yvonne was very kind. Was called back immediately by Kendall. Kindest young lady. Very knowledgeable and I loved her “teaching moment”. So professional. And she had the softest touch doing my x rays. That’s NEVER happened before. Dr Heaton was very kind and very informative. Didn’t feel like I was not given options on my care. A care plan was made that we both agreed on and next appointment scheduled. A+ all around.
